Some time back I was lucky enough to be asked to submit photos for a guidebook to Wainwright's Coast to Coast. I had done the walk in 2006 and was able to find some usable pictures. This led to further photographs being published in other walking guides - from the prolific author and publisher Jacquetta Megarry. See the website here

One thing leads to another, and so, for the past six months I've been working on a walking-guide book for the Hadrian's Wall Path National Trail as co-author and principal photographer. I did the walk initially in September last year and have been back on the trail several times since then, effectively completing the walk twice-over.
There were already several published guidebooks by other authors/publishers - but our book is the first one to describe the Path from west to east.
